TwinFrame Recorder Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CDT America LLC handles information in connection with TwinFrame Recorder ("TwinFrame Recorder" or the "App"). TwinFrame Recorder is designed around a local workflow. We do not upload, host, or store your recordings on our servers, and we do not review your footage as part of normal app use.
1. Core Privacy Position
TwinFrame Recorder is built so that recordings remain on the user's device unless the user independently chooses to export, back up, or share content using Apple services or other third-party tools outside the App. CDT America LLC does not operate a cloud footage library for TwinFrame Recorder.
- We do not require user account registration to use the App.
- We do not collect or store your video recordings on our servers.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use your recordings for advertising, profiling, or model training.
2. Information We Do Not Collect Through the App
For standard use of TwinFrame Recorder, CDT America LLC does not collect or store the following through the App:
- Your recorded footage or audio files
- Your photo library contents
- Your contacts
- Your location data
- Your advertising profile or cross-app tracking data
- Account profile data, because TwinFrame Recorder does not require an account
3. Device Permissions
The App may request access to device features in order to perform its local recording functions. These permissions are used only to enable the features you choose to use on your own device.
- Camera: used to capture video locally on your iPhone.
- Microphone: used to capture audio locally if you record with audio enabled.
- Photo Library / Add to Photos: used so you can save recordings to your Photos library.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. If permissions are denied, some App features may not function as intended.
4. Purchases and the App Store
If you purchase TwinFrame Recorder or related App Store content, that transaction is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. CDT America LLC does not receive your full payment card number or full billing details from Apple.
5. Support Communications
If you contact us directly by email, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your name, email address, device details, and the content of your support request. We use that information only to respond to you, troubleshoot the issue, and maintain basic support records.
6. Sharing of Information
Because TwinFrame Recorder does not collect or host user footage in normal operation, CDT America LLC does not share recordings with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics partners. We may disclose limited information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
7. Data Retention
Your recordings remain under your control on your device or in services you choose to use. CDT America LLC does not retain copies of those recordings. If you email us for support, we may retain the correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Children's Privacy
TwinFrame Recorder is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by contacting support, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
